Join a full-day scenic trip from Queenstown to Wānaka with a friendly local. Enjoy photo stops, lake views, iconic sights, and time to explore or relax your way.
1. Meet & Greet – 30 min

Pickup from your accommodation in Queenstown. A quick introduction, discuss the plan for the day, and grab a coffee if you wish before we hit the road.

2. Crown Range Scenic Drive – 1 hour

Travel the iconic Crown Range Road with stops at the best viewpoints. Time for photos, fresh alpine air, and optional detours depending on road and weather conditions.

3. Cardrona Valley & Village – 1 hour

Cruise through the historic Cardrona Valley. Depending on interest and access, we can visit the Cardrona Alpine Resort lookout or stop at iconic local attractions.

4. Explore Wānaka – 2 hours

Slow scenic drive into Wānaka. Visit the famous Wānaka Tree, lakeside viewpoints, and optional local attractions.
Free time for lunch at a waterfront café or restaurant of your choice.

5. Additional Wānaka Activities – 1 hour

Choose from light sightseeing stops or short local experiences such as shops, viewpoints, or lakeside areas. We adapt this part to your preferences on the day.

6. Return to Queenstown – 2 hours (incl. stops)

Relax on the drive back via the Crown Range or an alternative scenic route if preferred. We drop you at your chosen location in Queenstown.

Wander Arrowtown and lake Wakatipu

1. Meet & Greet – 30/45 Minutes

A warm welcome, safety briefing at Frankton Bus Interchange, and visits to iconic Queenstown viewpoints.

2. Arrowtown – 120 Minutes

Wander Arrowtown's preserved Chinese Settlement (c.1866), enjoy Wolf Coffee Roasters, and embrace the glowing heritage colors of this gold-rush gem.

3. Lunch at Ayrburn – 90 Minutes

Indulge in lunch at Ayrburn near Arrowtown—vibrant precinct of restaurants, gardens, and timeless NZ heritage charm.

4. Cruise on Wakatipu – 90 Minutes

Cruise Lake Wakatipu on the Million Dollar Cruise wander views of the Remarkables & historic sites on the lake

4. The end – 30 Minutes
